Originally from the Philippines, Jen (she/her) has been in Japan since 2016 & has been writing for different publications since 2019. She's written about nearly all topics related to Japan, from the silly & absurd to serious social issues. In her spare time, she co-owns a small handmade accessory business, involves herself in activism, plays a lot of video games, and spends too much time watching cat videos. Jen identifies as a newly out bisexual and is glad to have the opportunity to write about topics as part of her LGBTQ+ identity.
