OITA RAINBOW PRIDE is Oita Prefecture’s annual Pride celebration, bringing together LGBTQ people, allies, families, and local organisations for a day of visibility, community, and inclusion.
Following the success of the prefecture’s first Pride parade in 2024, the event continues to grow with a colourful march through central Oita, live performances, community booths, and opportunities to connect with local LGBTQ groups.
It’s a welcoming event for both residents and visitors looking to celebrate diversity while exploring Kyushu.
